How it works
1. Register once
Four short steps. We check every organisation by hand within 2 working days.
2. Get an offer
When a clear-out matches what you take, you get an email with photos, weights and the space needed.
3. Claim and confirm
Claim it, then confirm three times before the day so nothing is wasted.
4. Delivered free
A vetted operator delivers to your door. You sign for what arrived.

What we ask of you
- Keep your profile honest: what you take, your maximum load and how many people can unload.
- Confirm three times before delivery — and say no early if plans change, so a backup organisation can step in.
- Have people ready to unload in the delivery window.
- Use items for your community — not for resale.
- Sign for what arrived, and tell us how it's used if you'd like to.
How we choose who gets an offer
Every drop is ranked the same published way. You're eligible when you're verified, your offer alerts are on, you take that kind of item, your maximum load covers the weight and you have enough people to unload. Eligible organisations are ranked by distance plus how much they received in the last 90 days — so organisations that received recently wait their turn. The closest five within 15 km get the first offer; if nobody claims it in 12 hours, it widens to 30 km.
